I was welcomed into the company in a pleasant manner. The recruiter was open to conversation, spoke slowly and clearly so that everything was understood. I was offered water and the whole thing was done in a friendly atmosphere. The company cultivates its values and a diverse working environment so they were open to me despite not being Australian citizen.
