I applied from out of state so the interview was on the phone and through Skype. I was contacted for an unofficial interview the day after applying. The interviewer was very professional and non-intimidating. She explained the job and all it entailed in between interview questions. She answered all of my questions without hesitation and respectfully. I was offered the job after the Skype interview questions were complete. I only had 24 hours to respond to the job offer.
