The interview process consists of an initial phone interview where they obtain a brief synopsis of your work history and then question you towards why you chose to apply for the position and then the 1 on 1 interview is the most important interview which focuses on whether you are a right for the company within that position.

First you apply online for the position. You would then get an email requesting that you take a personality test. Once you complete the test you would be contacted by the Talent Team if you passed.
