Was contacted by a recruiter who set up a phone interview. We went through my qualifications and discussed the role, company and benefits. At the end of the call the recruiter was transparent on the salary expectations for the role. Unfortunately the range was outside of my target salary, but was very impressed with the candidness of the recruiter

I applied online and I was called by a Comcast recruiter about a week later. The recruiter gave me a quick phone screen after which an in person interview was scheduled. I met with three senior level managers including the hiring manager. I was called about 2 weeks later to setup another in person interview, this time with three director/VP level employees. I was offered the job about 3 weeks later after which you must submit to a drug screening and fairly extensive background check. The entire hiring process took almost 2.5 months but it was worth the wait.
