Three separate interviews with the same general questions. It felt very welcoming and comfortable. Management team seems like they work with their employees to set their monetary goals once hired.

Recruiter didn't know anything about the position they also don't prepare you or warn you about your face to face interview, it's a panel interview. The process was kinda slow. The interview felt more like an interrogation.
