Same experience as some other candidate reviews. Terrible experience all around. Got contacted with a request to do a phone interview that went quite well and he spoke about the next step. After that..nothing… the recruiter man told me they will go with the online applications first. Don’t see any point to work with an internal recruiter if it’s to get this kind of answer. After that, another excuse and then another excuse After 2 months of turning into a cercle I finaly got the basic E-mail « thank you for your application but…. ».. feel free to apply again they say 🙄 Well…I don’t think so Very weird process, I even wondered if this guy really works at Columbia

I completed two interviews with Columbia Sportswear Company. The first interview was with HR and focused on general questions such as my salary expectations and why I was interested in the company. The second interview was with the hiring manager, where we discussed the role in more detail. Afterward, HR invited me to a third interview, but I declined because I had already accepted another job at that time.
