Had a phone screen where I discussed my background and got an overview of the two positions they had openings for. Was told I would be contacted about next steps and never heard back, even after reaching out for an update.

Had my first interview which went well, so I was scheduled for a second interview. Never heard back afterward, even after emailing the recruiter and HM for an update and/or feedback. Extremely disappointed in their poor recruiting/hiring process, does not reflect well on Columbia at all.
