Back when I joined the company at that stage it was a in premise 1 interview process that took over an hour with two interviewers and no more steps other than that

It was just two interviews, one with HR and the second one with the Manager. They were super friendly, wanted to know a bit about my background and if I'm able to speak English. They explained the position and the culture.
