My experience with College Works Painting interview process was a little different than usual. I have had a few good friends work with the company over the past 2 years so I skipped the initial phone interview. I went through two phases of interviews. First there was a reverse interview. This was a great chance to learn more about the company and impress the interviewer with some of your own personal work ethic and past achievements. Next was the interview with the Regional Director. This is an intense interview where your expectations will be challenged. Be ready to show that you will put in great effort and backup everything that you say. The Regional Director is not to be trifled with and will put you on the spot to perform a sale in the middle of the interview.
