4. Phone Interview: A quick interview over the phone to gauge your knowledge about the program and see if you qualify for a real interview

Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
A lot of basic interview questions. The hardest questions are in the formal interview when they ask hypothetical questions about being on the job.

Entretien
Straight forward and informative. You go through a couple of rounds of group interviews and then a phone call with the VP. Then an in-person interview at some location (Probably not now with covid).
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Mostly if you work hard and are willing to work for them?
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. J'ai passé un entretien chez College Works Painting (Detroit, MI) en déc. 2021
Entretien
3 rounds, one with district manager, one with President, and another I forgot. They like to hire people who played sports in high school and people who work hard. Ask if you have transportation and make sure you understand the internship is a painting business where you go D2D for leads.
