The interview process is pretty lengthy. There are about 5 interviews with different people before getting the actual job. 1 group interview, 3 phone interviews, and 1 in-person interview with a vice-president. Some of the interviews are also reverse interviews so you will be required to ask questions. The import thing is to be engaged and ask whatever you feel like asking. The interview is pretty much in your hands.
