Got a call from the HR department. The lady who called was very nice and professional. Then a second phone call was set up with the hiring manager. The phone interview lasted about 20-25 minutes. She did not ask much customer service related questions. Then I was invited for in person interview, there were two ladies in the interview room. It was a formal interview, asking me my past customer service experience.
