Interviewed with two partners at the firm. It was relatively casual, they asked “get to know you” type questions and gave a lot of information about the firm. It felt more like they were looking for a good fit.

I applied through LinkedIn, scheduled a meeting with HR, and conducted an approximately forty-five-minute Zoom interview. The interviewers gave off incredibly bad vibes and anti-sold the job very hard. Essentially said I'd be working a lot more than my last job, not getting paid as well, there was no mentoring in the firm, and no ways to branch out from insurance defense.
