The recruiter was on top of the process , but then after the initial 2 rounds didn’t have the Courtesy to call back even if they didn’t move me ahead. It’s ok to tell people know and give the feedback , this is the reason I don’t reply to the recruiters messages on LinkedIn.

1) Recruiter intro 2) cultural fit assessment 3) technical screening (behavioral) ...then 4 other interviews that I did not make it to, so I am unable to speak to the specifics.
2 pre onsite rounds and 3 onsite rounds
Pre onsite rounds - People management and Tech process rounds
Onsite rounds - System Design, Hiring Manager, Product rounds
Interview process will take minimum 3 weeks

After the initial recruiter screening, there are 2 rounds of interviews - technical execution and people leadership focused respectively.
I was not moved forward in the first technical execution. The interviewer was very inexperienced and read the question from the script. The interview is one way without knowing the expectation on the level of the details of depth required for the questions.
