After submitting my resume, I was contacted by a recruiter via e-mail within a week. She asked if we could arrange a time to chat over the phone. We scheduled some time for later that week. During the initial phone screen we discussed my background, my interest in the position, my current job, and established a deeper understanding of the role I was applying for.

Entretien
It was a very awkward interview. The interviewer would ask questions and then sit there in silence after I finished answering the question. Some of these questions were very basic and didn't require an elaborate answer. I also felt like he only wanted to interview me to get secrets out of what my current company does. He wanted step-by-step details of what and how we do things. Very weird.

Interview was a panel of about 4-5 people. First was the person you touch base with similar to a phone interview. Afterwards, there is an interview with 3 different employees. Very nice people, both difficult personality and situational questions were asked. I remember being able to choose interviews on the same day or on separate days.
