This is my second experience with this company so far and most likely my last as both experiences were negative. My direct call with an employee put me off as he was a bit rude and judgemental over me having to relocate which i feel really is not his concern nor should it affect how you hire (I only live 1 hour away). My second i did a live teams interview, and the employee was experiencing an audio issue he was blaming me and being very blunt about, when this has never happened on any teams call before so it was likely an issue on his end. The questions i asked about their company also were not well answered and they were a bit evasive. Will not be applying for future positions as a result of this.

The interview was somewhat relaxed, quite professional. I was asked a mixture of competency based and technical questions. The interview questions were split into 2 sections within the interview where the first interviewer asked the competency based questions and the second asked the technical. I was then asked to attended a laser alignment test.
