The interview was smooth as the interviewers were keen on an actual discussion with me. I was able to share my work with them as well as views about their assignment which they have given me. What really disappointed me was the lack of rejection email post interview from Codigo itself and I only know about the results when I checked my dashboard on another platform. This, to me, was hardly appropriate especially when I was invited to a face-to-face interview with the company. It is respectful to the candidates to receive an official email from the company about their interview results, be it successful or not.
