Entretien
Face to face interview based on behaviour questions. That happened twice before the offer. Once with a person from the staffing agency and once again with the recruiter from the company. All questions implied answer based on previous experience. Hence no theoretical questions. Know your previous roles very well and be prepared to give examples.

Give an example of a difficult problem you have solved in your previous role? what was the impact? what other alternatives did you consider?
oral interview, quite difficult to answer very complicate questions asked by recruiter. Excellent company that I can highly recommend. Very difficult interview but also very fair one must have to stress. Many opportunities to develop oneself inside the firm since there are many different paths and divisions for individuals to choose from.

Entretien
It was a 3-stage interview. 1st with HR with generic/motivational question. 2nd with a Manager with some technical question regarding analysis of sales data. 3rd with a senior manager regarding my career and my approach to work.
