The inter. process consists of 3 parts: telephone inter., face to face interview, and field sales situation.
Tel. interview takes about 30-45min.
The face to face part is with your future supervisor (area sales manager) and a staff from HR. You have to give a presentation, but they will let you know in advance (how to develop a certain store in your area).
The last section is to go to the market and try the real role, sale to your customers (B2B).
