Initial Interview with HR . The interviewer was all over the place and didn't know any significant details about the position. The interview must be a two way process, how someone is supposed to share his background but the other side can't share the essential info about the target position due to lack of preparation or information in general? At least there was a following rejection e-mail after 1 month.
