I had a brief call and the consultant told me that she will call me again to have a situational interview and the second interview was about 15 minutes she said to me that I was successful and I will go to the next stage and she will arrange an interview with the manager. She never sent me an email and she never responded to my email. Companies have to be careful with their consultants if they want to attract candidates.

The process was seamless. The internal recruiter and my manager kept in regular contact with me throughout the process, all the way until the start date. It consisted of a phone call and one face-to-face visit to meet the team in person and see the office.
