Initial phone screen followed by in-person interview with a few team members, then coffee with a founder. While everyone was nice, I was not impressed with the interview process which could be a reflection of the company. Recruiter was hours late for our initial call (it happens), then had to reschedule an in-person interview because the recruiter mixed up the dates (I suppose that happens). After a final coffee interview with a co-founder I did not hear a response. I followed up a week later with the recruiter and founder and 2 weeks later I still have heard nothing.
