I had a phone interview. Behavior based questions that I didn't expect to answer for surgical Tech. They didn't ask about the company surprisingly. The questions didn't add up to the position I apply for. After phone it would been a panel interview. I must say I already had previously experience that why I got the interview. But I didn't know it was going to be that difficult. I study too and was totally throwing off guard.
