I filled in an application form which I sent by email, and received a phone call and later on a formal letter inviting me to interview. The interview was about a month later. I was interviewed by a panel and found it quite difficult as I was not prepared for some of the more unusual questions. Unfortunately I didn't get an offer but found it to be a good experience overall as the staff were very friendly and gave me feedback on the interview.
