Had a first stage interview with the CEO which went really well and was invited for a second with 2 other directors who were unprepared and awkward. Didn’t hear anything so followed up and got no reply ie was ghosted. I spend hours preparing for interviews and to not even get a follow up or reply is really poor. Even if it’s a no, you should dignify interviewees with the respect of letting them know - especially after a second stage.
