Had a Recruiter call first, then an interview with DM. Focused on skill and culture fit. Nothing too pointed or hard to answer. Everyone was really nice and I enjoyed the process.

Entretien
Once you apply a recruiter will send you an invite for a phone interview. Once the recruiter does the interview they pass on the notes to your direct manager. They then reach out to you to set up an in-person interview. After that you may interview with the doctors you will be working with, and finally they will call you about a job offer.

Entretien
I was called quickly after my application was submitted for a phone screening, then had a first-round interview within the same day. My second-round interview was scheduled the next morning. I received a call about a week later with the formal job offer once my background check was completed.
