Very unorganized, questions seemed to be asked on the fly, CEO was late to the interview by 30min and had me waiting at the office for her to show. I almost left until she called. Wish I would have.

CEO conducted the interview. She was 45 minutes late. Then spoke entirely about herself and didn't seem to be mentally present. She asked several very general questions about my experience but seemed generally unprepared.
