Having applied for multiple roles, more than meeting the criteria, I have been frustrated by the interview process and communication.
Having completed one interview, I received a phone in which it seemed to me that I had did well in the interview but there were salary concerns. There is no clear indication of salary bands making it difficult to ascertain if the role will be within your salary expecting. However, I provided my salary, said I would consider a pay reduction etc depending on the band. Despite this, I had o further feedback and received an email stating the job is no longer available a number of weeks later. There is no feedback provided and the role has since come up a number of times.
I had another interview for a different role, which was probably my favorite interview as the panel were very engaged and didn't just seem like they were reading off a script. However, same outcome. Job is no longer available. I am not sure if it is standard that they send the email if you are unsuccessful, but having received an email stating the role is no longer available is confusing.
Having experienced this frustrating recruitment process, I do not believe I could even consider reapplying.
