The process took quite a while, but that's just because they want to find the absolute right person for the position. I had a phone interview, which lasted about 20-30 min. She just wanted to know a little about me and my previous jobs, and how I could apply my skills from them to this job (handling money, customer service, multitasking, fast-thinking, organization, etc.) I then got a call a few days later to come into the branch for an interview with the assistant manager. That lasted about an hour at least. It was a lot of behavioral and situational questions. A week later, I got a call from the actual branch manager for a third, follow-up interview, which is tomorrow. Fingers crossed!

Walked in and waited a few minutes before the interviewer was ready. Sat down and was interviewed. He seemed to primarily want someone that could fluently communicate in a second language due to the population of the area. I was not as fluent as they needed I assume as I was not offered the job.
