I applied this job on Citi career site. First round interview is through phone by HR. Most questions focus on resume and there are some behavior questions (focus on teamwork experience). Then within 3 days get a phone call for an on site interview with department managers. No tough questions. Their are all nice and helpful.

Entretien
Professional. Started with an initial interview with HR, then the second interview was a panel of VPs-SVPs of the team. Took me about 3 weeks before I was called to be accepted, and then a few more weeks before the offer.
Two rounds for a junior position. The technical interview is not difficutly.. questions assess your ability to work under pressure and team work. Technical questions include difference between an investment bank and commercial bank and knowledge about different financial products, excel skills, and some Black-Sholes, Greeks questions
Quick and not too much on the technical aspects. They ask about your knowledge on financial products. Lots of manual aspects to the job but learn all you can on the on-the-job trainings offerred.
