Very easy over the phone interview. They do a good job at educating you on the position. They pretty much hire anyone with a mortgage agent certificate. Beware of the monthly fees as new agents, you won't be making much money in the beginning so it is a big investment.

Pretty Straight Forward. The interview was well-organized, and the team made me feel comfortable and valued throughout the process. The questions were insightful and gave me a clear sense of the responsibilities and expectations for the role.
