I applied through university and have a reply on the very same day. They set up the phone interview two days after. The efficiency of the process is really amazing. The interviewer is really nice! I am still in the process of interview, I will have an assessment day next week.

2/5. The interviewer was not paying enough attention on the candidates. He was looking at this monitor all the time, and ignore what I said. Pretty standard trader question. i.e. bid-ask spread
