Phone interview with HR to go over background. Next step I was scheduled for a virtual interview with the Director and a few HR folks. The virtual interview was not at all difficult but I feel some of my answers made them think I was not a good fit with concerns of advancement and company size. Long story short I was never given any feedback or common business courtesy of informing me that I did not get the position. I even emailed the HR rep I worked with beforehand who literally gave me her contact information to ask any questions if needed and I never received response!
