I applied for a position in LinkedIn and it took 3 months to conduct all four rounds of interviews and release the offer letter.
Pros: Each interviewer addresses questions that fall under their scope.
Cons: The hiring procedure is quite slow.
Low pay- The offer I received equal of my current salary and HR disclose budget’s upper limit at the end.
Note: When you go for a job interview with Cisco, set your expectations at the beginning. Don’t be duped by a brand name.
Three round of technical interview for a role in cybersecurity team, Interview is moderately difficult. Two interviews within team and third interview with architect then manager round. Then HR would reach.

Entretien
Scheduled the interview quickly and that was one of the best interviews I have ever given. Then HR kept quiet for a week. When I followed up, I got an automated mail that I was not selected. I was really disappointed to get rejected after such a wonderful interview. Anyhow, it's the company's wish and I respect that.
