J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 5 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cisco

The hiring process through the university hiring system took forever and a half. My first interview was on-campus in September and I received my offer in March, so do not be discouraged if you do not hear back in a timely manner but if it is a position you are passionate about, don't hesitate to contact HR directly. As for the interviews themselves, they were very laid back and conversational. I had the feeling the once you passed the initial screening and first round interview, they were really just looking for the right fit with the right manager.

Relaxed interview but very slow to give a response back to the candidates
Questions mostly based on my experience and knowledge.
Overall, 3 rounds of interviews and all similar ones. Not too difficult but it’s been a little dissapointing hoq long they take to get back to you. I found another job in the waiting of an answer from them.

It started with an on-campus interview with about fifteen other candidates. HR contacted me that I've made it to the next round of interviews. About a week or two later, I had two phone interviews with the hiring manager and the organization's Director.

Question 1
Q: Tell me about a time you had disagreed with a team member.
There are two interviews. I had both with the marketing teams and they were both very competency based. I would advise having an answer for " Why Cisco" and "Why tech?" . They were more curious about what was on my CV and wanted me to explain more in depth.
