Company is very unprofessional. The interview was at the Conroe office and in the afternoon yet somehow the interviewer showed up late. The office was run down and very dirty. This was surprising given how much the recruiter emphasized to dress sharp, be prepared with questions, and most important SHOW UP EARLY. After being almost half hour late, not due to previous interview he walked in the front door, the interviewer proceeds to talk about himself for the first 10 minutes of the interview. Honestly it was very uncomfortable. A company trying to recruit young talent should worry about this. I would never set foot back in that office again even they could save me money on my uniforms. Interview questions were very generic/situational “tell me about a time when you were challenged during a sales experience”. I am shocked they even offered the job due to my low energy after seeing the horrible office and being late. My advice if you worked hard for a college degree look elsewhere. This office is going down the drain!!!

2 phone interviews followed by an in person interview. The phone interview went very smoothly, as well as the in person. They will show you what they offer and explain well what youd be doing.
