the process was kind of long and repetitive but still pretty comfortable. I interviewed with a recruiter, a district manager, an employee, a service manager, then both the DM and service manager. The last interview was mainly going over the offer. It definitely was a lot of personality questions.

Very thorough the interview process. The object of Cintas is to really screen potential employees and be able to make great judgments about the content and character of a person. Liked the overall energy and environment.
