J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cintas (Phoenix, AZ) en août 2017

I first had a phone interview that went really well. I was then told that I would be getting an email in the next day or two regarding the next interview. I did not get the in-person interview confirmation email until the morning of the interview. I then completed the in-person interview which was extremely relaxed and conversational. The sales manager told me she loved me and wanted to move me on to the next step in the interview process. Well, a week went by and I didn't hear back from the recruiter or the manager. I followed up 3 times until I finally got the recruiter on the phone. She told me they had decided to go a different direction because I was too "low energy". It seemed like a pretty odd reason given how well the interview went and the fact the Sales manager told me something completely different in person, essentially lying to my face, which is quite disrespectful and unprofessional.
Director of Sales is incredibly nice. It's door to door sales but the team leader does seem like a great guy to work with. They had a lot of growth accelerators for commissions and opportunities to advance at the company plus benefits.

I have been through the interview process multiple times with Cintas. The first time, I received an offer and declined and the second time I was ghosted by a manager who told me they were moving me forward. The process goes from initial contact, call with recruiter/job application, meeting with hiring manager, call with Director, ride along with a rep in the field, then call with the VP. Every time I went through the interview process, these people came off as slimy, manipulative and overall bad people. They are pompous and tout themselves as the New York Yankees (which they are not and never will be). If you want to work for a bunch of clowns who stroke their own egos in their spare time, this a place for you. Furthermore, stop contacting me. I do not want to work for you.

It was short and too the point. It was a bit odd that the first thing the recruiter asked me out of the gate was what I was currently making rather than walking me through the ranges that they offered.
