Straight to the point and very interactive What are your hobbies. They ask you multiple questions just to get to know you. What are your favourite movies, etc. They love it when you are flexible with your hours. They are very understanding towards students.

Fairly straight forward questions. Most questions revolved around how you would use your skills to solve potential conflicts with customers. The job doesn't require much so no skill is necessary.
