The interviewer made sure the candidate was comfortable and not stressed out. In case the candidate didnot answer right, the interviewer helped in explaining the right answer with concepts unlike other interviewers where the goal is only grade the candidate. In places where the candidate was not able to proceed with the question , the interviewer gave hints so the candidate would be able to understand the question better driving to answer.

After having 3 rounds of technical plus assessment they conducted DM round with positive approach and said very impressed by answers and then said as I don't have the particular tool hands on.... And rejected after 4rounds. Before selecting and wasting candidates time they should screen it properly
