I had applied and was contacted by a recruiter who had clearly outlined the job, its role and responsibilities and what the scope of my work will be. It was informative at every stage and I liked how they were very transparent on the depth of work, which was very interesting.
I had interviewed with two of the three co-founders and it was probably one of the best interviews I had as it felt like a sparring session. The questions asked made me think on the spot about what I would do, how I would approach situations and was not the usual boring interviews where one would be asked the usual set of questions.
There was also a culture interview to assess if we would both be a fit - me to Cialfo and the other way around as well.
