I had four different interviews with four different people on the team. It was easy to schedule the four different interviews and everyone was very friendly during the process. I was asked about my past experience and why I wanted to join the company.

Had to record a video of myself answering questions. Much of it was a technical topic quiz. Extremely impersonal. I declined due to having ZERO hybrid flexibility and ZERO desire to discuss the topic.

Was taken in for a one on one interview where I met with two senior managers who both conducted separate interviews, both very different styles. One was more technical, one was more getting to know me as a person.
