Entretien
I had a few phone conversations with a recruiter. After that I went into the office for three individual interviews. One interview was with my boss and then the two other interviews were with lab managers. I got a call later that day about a job offer.

Entretien
Applied through a staffing agency. Heard back the same week. The interview process was very simple, I was given a description of the position and the chemist explained to me what was expected and if I was still interested. She then asked a few questions about my personality and asked if I had any questions. Heard back from them the same afternoon.
