Applied online at the end of June. Had initial screening interview with recruiter in late July. Moved on to video interview with hiring manager early August. Was selected to move on to the final round of interview process which consisted of two 30 min video calls which occurred in mid August. Everyone I interviewed with were fantastic and I really felt at ease. Thought I had a great chance and was very hopeful for an offer over the next few days. Ended up being ghosted. No response from TA team at all. Emailed recruiters, even hiring manager for any kind of follow up, not a word. No disposition provided on candidate profile. Very disappointing end to a long process. Talent Acquisition needs to do better. Please let candidates know their status, even if it’s a standard email response.
