Initial screen over Google Meet, lasts 15 minutes. Moved onto to a cold call roleplay without too much guidance. They're primarily looking for structure, depth of questions to open pain points, and confidence.

Had an initial interview with HR where they asked basic intro questions about your experience, have you worked in a sales position before, why are you interested in Choco, do you have restaurant experience, what do you know about Choco, etc.

Entretien
First is the recruiter screening. 2nd round for me was with a Sales Director. 3rd round was panel interview with Manager, Director and teammate. Final round with Sales VP. I made it to the 3rd round then was denied due to my "lack of experience". The first 2 rounds were good but the 3rd round felt like a game of good cop/bad cop. I was not prepared for the shade lol
