Well structured and prepared but lengthy interview. Lots of questions were asked and both interviewers were familiar with my CV however the interview was very long and seemed to cover every question under the sun. Emphasis on one of the interviewers stating they don't count their annual leave days and never take sick days felt pressured and intense. Felt prepared and very comfortable in interviews so it wasn't 'hard' but for someone who gets nervous and finds them difficult it would be a challenging interview.
