Very straightforward, honest, easy going interview process. It started with a phone call and then an interview in-store. I was offered the job on the spot and accepted. Overall, the interview process is easy and upfront.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
