J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chipotle en juil. 2015
Entretien
I applied online and about a week later i got a call. I went in the for the first interview about 15 minutes early. They did a group interview with the manager and two co-workers, it was supposed to be six applicants but was only this other applicant and myself. We waited for the other people who never showed up and during this time The two co-workers began to ask us simple questions like "have you eaten at Chipotle before?" I would advise that you eat there at least once before you apply because the GM wrote this down on the interview sheet. DO YOUR RESEARCH! For example, I memorized the entire menu, I also told them that i know how to roll a burrito which gave them a little kick. I also noticed at the end even if they are walking away thank them for the interview and give them all handshakes. Ask for a business card. You ask for this card so after the interview you can send them a thank you note which will give you the upper hand over the next person. The interview was about 10 minutes long and easy. Then I went home and they called me about 10 minutes later to schedule another interview. I HAVENT GOT THE JOB YET BUT WILL UPDATE AFTER INTERVIEW!

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
