Very easy and laid back interview process. Sat in the dining room of Chipotle, just be confident in yourself and know why you want the role. Interview lasted maybe 10 to 15 minutes with the store manager.

I was able to interview at a new store and happen to have all the top managers around. Therefore my questions were valid and raised there interest in me. My favorite question is “ What is your biggest concern with your store?” Gives you a clear path of opportunity to fill that void.
