J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chipotle (Dallas, TX) en mars 2013
Entretien
There were 2 interviews that i participated in. The first review was with an assistant manager who asked me general questions such as, why do you want to work here, explain how you handle stress, what are your weaknesses, etc. The straight from the book questions. He then went on to telling me about chipotles culture and information about how they are organic and how the company works. My second interview was with the General Manager. The interview with her was more straight forward and asked about my culinary training. She then went on to tell me about the job and did not try to lie to me and sugar coat it for me. She told me the truth about how the job can be stressful and how the crew members have to be focused and provide great service to the customers. Her interview was a bit quicker then the first interview. 3 days later i got the call saying i was hired.

Very brief, was only asked a few questions. I felt a decision about not hiring me was made before the interviewer even sat down. I suspect the interviewer was not accustomed to interviewing and may actually only standing in for a manager that was not working that day
